Green Tea

Green tea is made from the leaves of the tea plant Camellia sinensis. It speeds up peristalsis and stimulates the production of the hormone norepinephrine, which helps in the fat burning process. It contains high amount of vitamin C and it is a strong antioxidant. Consumption of moderated quantities of green tea maintains tone, as a result of the caffeine which is contained in it. It is recommended for weight loss and fat loss workouts.
