Marinated zucchini in spices

Wash well and cut the zucchini into thin strips. Then add salt to them. Chop finely the dill and the parsley. Crush the garlic cloves in a bowl and add the olive oil, the honey, lemon juice, pepper and sliced spices to it, then stir. Remove the liquid separated from the zucchini and then pour it with the prepared marinade. Stir them and refrigerate for 2-3 hours, after which they are ready for consumption.
