Kale, pine nuts and avocado

Wash well, cut and wrinkle the kale leaves for about 2-3 minutes until they become dark green. Add the olive oil and salt to them. Then stir and leave them for 30 minutes. Peel the avocado. Remove its stone and cut it into cubes. Add it to the kale. Sprinkle the salad with pine nuts. Flavor as desired with the balsamic vinegar or the lemon juice.
