Avocado, lettuce, baby spinach, red beets and sesame seeds

Wash well the vegetables. Peel the avocado, remove its stone and cut it into cubes. Peel the red beets and cut them into cubes. Cut the lettuce and the spinach into pieces. Add the beets and the avocado. Sprinkle the salad with the sesame seeds and flavored it as desired with the balsamic vinegar, the olive oil and salt.
