Whole wheat cake 100% & Raw apples

Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the stevia. Stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Put the yoghurt in a separate bowl and add the baking soda. Stir until bubbles appear on top of the yogurt. Mix with the egg mixture. Then add continuously small amounts of flour, stirring constantly to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Then pour into a cake tin with a non-stick coating or in a rectangular tray with baking paper on the bottom. In a separate bowl, grate the pre-peeled apple. Sprinkle on the mixture and integrate it with gentle movements. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°ะก/340°F for 25-30 minutes.
