Whole spelt bread 100% & Pea beans cooked

Whole spelt bread 100%:

Put the flour into a deep bowl. Add into the bowl the salt, the olive oil and half of the water while carefully stirring the mixture. Mix in another cup the vinegar and the baking soda. Add the flour mixture while stirring. At the end pour the remaining amount of water gradually into the cup. Stir all ingredients until achieving a homogenous mixture. Put the mixture into a rectangular pan with a non-stick layer and bake it in an oven for 40-50 minutes at 180°ะก/360°F until the bread is fully prepared.

Pea beans:

Mix all ingredients and blend until a smooth mixture is achieved. It is recommended the pea beans to be warm (just boiled). If it is too dense a vegetable bouillon or the water in which the pea beans were boiled could be added. The milk could be excluded from the recipe and replaced by water or bouillon.
