Turkey dark meat without skin cooked

Cut the turkey meat into small pieces. Flavor it with the salt, the black pepper and the red pepper (according to personal preferences). Put the meat into a pan and flavor with the basil and the garlic. Then pour the wine and the sesame oil are into the pan and leave it at a cool place for 1 hour. Roast the meat into a Teflon pan together with the marinade for about 5-8 minutes on each side.
