Tuna fillet roasted

Put the balsamic vinegar, the olive oil, the lovage, the salt and the black pepper into a blender and stir them well. Grease the fish fillets with the marinade and leave them in a fridge for 20-30 minutes. Grill the fillets on a high temperature for 3-4 minutes per each side. The fish should be well grilled on the outside and juicy on the inside. It is important for the fish not to be overcooked. Then flavor the fish with the lemon juice.
