Shrimps cooked

Chop finely or smash the garlic and mix it with the olive oil in a deep plate. Add to the mixture the thyme leafs. Put in the shrimps and leave them for 15 minutes. Drain the shrimps from the sauce and put them in a hot pan. Cook them for 2 minutes at each side. Do the flavoring with salt and pepper at the end.
