Shark cooked

Soak up the shark fish fillet into water and vinegar or lemon juice for 2 hours in order to remove the ammonia smell. Dry out the fillet with kitchen paper. Then flavor it with the salt and the red pepper. Grease the fillet with the olive oil. Sprinkle over it the finely chopped dill and the parsley. Cover the bottom of the pan with cooking foil. Then put in the fillet and roast it in a pre-heated oven at 150°С/300°F for 15-20 minutes.
