Salmon steak roasted

Smear the steak slightly with olive oil and salt. Then put it on a hot pan/grill and press it gently with fingers. This is done because the fish will shrink from the heat and there is a possibility to become unevenly cooked. Roast both sides for 2 minutes. Afterwards roast it for 4 more minutes in preheated oven at 180°ะก/360°F.
