Lamb ribs cooked

Smear the lamb ribs with olive oil and flavor with the salt, the black pepper and the thinly chopped rosemary. Then roast on a grill or on a preheated grill pan for 4 minutes at each side. Afterwards leave them for 2 minutes and they are ready to be served. If you use a cooking thermometer, the temperature of the meat in the center should be 55°С/130°F. The lamb meat is more fragile and the temperatures for its cooking are lower.
