Herring cooked

Wash, clean and put the herring into a pan. Flavor it with the salt and the black pepper according to personal preferences. Cut the tomatoes into discs and put them over the herring. Pour with the wine. Add the chopped dill and the slices of garlic. Cover the pan with an aluminium foil. Roast the fish at 180°С/360°F for 40 minutes. Garnish it with slices of lemon.
