Hake cooked

Wash and dry the hake fillets. In a large bowl mix the orange juice and the lemon juice. Add the garlic, the olive oil, the salt and the black pepper. Leave the fish into the marinade for 2 hours in a fridge. Then drain it off. Sprinkle each side of the fish with flour and put it in a pan on top of parchment paper. Roast it in an oven at around 170°С/340°F for 15-20 minutes (until it is ready).
