Wash the cod fish fillets and flavor them with the salt, the black pepper and the olive oil. Chop finely the onion, the garlic, the dill and the rosemary and mix them with the fresh lemon juice. Put the cod fish into a foil and flavor it with the mixture of spices. Wrap the fish with the foil and roast at 180°С/360°F for 30 minutes.
