Chicken fillet grilled

Put the chicken fillets in a deep bowl and pour abundantly with the lemon juice. Then add the soy sauce, the black pepper, the crushed basil and the olive oil while stirring well so the marinade covers all of them. Cover the bowl with a foil and put it into a fridge for 1-2 hours. Heat the grill at maximum degree. Grill the meat for at least 4 minutes. When a thin crust forms turn carefully the meat and grill for additional 4-6 minutes.
