Chicken egg white boiled & Chicken fillet cooked

Chicken egg white boiled:

Put the eggs into a saucepan and cover them with cold water. Put the saucepan on the hotplate. After the water boils cook them for 8 minutes. Then peel the eggs, cut them and remove the yolks.

Chicken fillet cooked:

Flavor the chicken fillet and smear it with the olive oil. Roast it on hot pan for 1 minute at each side. Then roast it in preheated oven at 180°ะก/360°F for 13 minutes.
