Chicken dark meat without skin cooked

Put the steaks into a pan over a parchment paper. Flavor them with the spices - the basil, the black pepper and red pepper, the soy sauce, the lemon juice and the olive oil. Leave them in a fridge for 1-2 hours. Roast the steaks in an oven at 200°С/390°F for about 30 minutes.
