Carp cooked

Clean the carp. Wash it and remove the scales. Cut it into fillets and put them into a pre-greased with oil pan. Flavor them with the salt and the black pepper according to the personal preferences. Pour them with fresh lemon juice and the white wine. Wrap the pan with an aluminium foil and leave it in the oven for 40 minutes at 180°С/360°F. Then remove the foil and roast for another 10 minutes.
