Spelt bread

Put the flour into a deep bowl. Add into the bowl the salt, the olive oil and half of the water while carefully stirring the mixture. Mix in another cup the vinegar and the baking soda and add the flour mixture while stirring. At the end pour the remaining amount of water gradually into the cup. Stir all ingredients until achieving a homogenous mixture. Put the mixture into a rectangular pan with a non-stick layer and bake it in an oven for 40-50 minutes at 180°С/360°F until the bread is fully prepared.
