Whole wheat cheese pastry

To prepare the filling mix the yogurt and the baking soda in a bowl and leave them for 5 minutes. Then add 4 eggs beaten together with the cheese. Place a crust of the filo pastry on the bottom of a non-stick baking tray. Then tear 3 crusts of the filo pastry and put them on top. Then sprinkle over them the filling. After that place a new crust of the filo pastry and put again the filling on top of it. This is repeated until there is no filling left. Then cover it with a crust of the filo pastry. After that cut the pastry into rectangles. Beat the remaining 2 eggs together with the milk and pour the resulting mixture over the pastry. Bake it in a preheated oven at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes until golden brown. Then remove it, spray it with small amount of water and cover it with a towel to soften.
