Whole rye bread 100% & Lentils cooked

Whole rye bread 100%:

Put the flour into a bowl and form an empty circle into its center. Then add the salt, the sugar, the yeast and the olive oil. Pour the water slowly and knead the dough. After forming a ball, get the dough out from the bowl and put it on the kitchen countertop sprinkled with flour. Knead the dough slowly and add gradually the seeds. When it is ready put it in a non-stick baking mold. Then wrap it with a transparent kitchen foil. Leave the dough to rise for about 2 hours in a warm place. For baking the bread pre-heat the oven at 220°ะก/430°F and remove the foil. Bake the dough for 40 minutes. Take out the baked bread from the baking mold and cover it with a towel in order to steam it. Cut the bread after it is completely cooled down.

Lentils boiled:

Wash and put the lentils in already pre-boiled water in order to prevent over-boiling. After it boils again reduce the hob plate to low temperature and put a lid on top. It is recommended to add the salt when the lentils is already cooked in order to prevent unnecessary increase of the cooking time.The most common types of lentils are three and they have different preparation time:

Brown lentils: 20 minutes - observe it in order to prevent turning it into mash.

Red lentils: 30 minutes - it is the most appropriate for mashes.

Green lentils: 40 minutes - it is cooked slower and it is harder to become overcooked.
