Veal loin cooked

Clean up the veal loin from the skin with a sharp knife from the tail (the thin part) to the upper part of the spine (the thick part). After that salt it, smear it with the olive oil, rub it with the pepper and roast it on a preheated hot pan for 30 seconds at each side (in order to remain juicy). At the end put it in a preheated oven at 180°С/360°F for 5-10 minutes, according to the desired level of roasting.
