Pork ribs roasted

Grease the bottom of the pan with the oil. Flavor the ribs with the red pepper and the soy sauce and put them in the pan. Sprinkle the ribs with the black pepper. Then pour them with the beer and the dissolved into water honey (if desired). Cover the pan with an aluminium foil and leave it in a fridge for 1-2 hours. Preheat the oven at 200°С/390°F. Roast the ribs for 1 hour covered with a foil. Then remove the foil and roast the ribs for another 10-15 minutes until they receive a golden crispy crust.
