Pesto sauce for spaghetti and pasta

Separate the leafs of basil from the stem and put them in a kitchen robot together with the pine nuts, the garlic and the salt. Blend them while at the same time add the olive oil very slightly and slowly in a thin stream (extremely important is the process to be done very slowly). At the end put the sauce into a glass or porcelain cup and add the finely chopped parmesan. It is recommended to keep it in a dark and cold place.
